Bervoxa offers a wholesale program exclusively for qualified business customers. This wholesale program is separate from our retail store and does not apply to standard consumer purchases made through our website.

Retail customers shopping on bervoxa.co.uk are subject to our standard Shipping, Return, and Refund policies.

Eligibility for Wholesale Accounts

To be eligible for a wholesale account, applicants must operate:

A registered physical retail store, or

A legitimate online business with an established presence

All wholesale applications are reviewed to confirm business legitimacy. Bervoxa reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications based on its verification process.

Wholesale Orders & Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale accounts

All prices are listed in GBP

Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail discount codes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

Promotional retail pricing does not apply to wholesale orders

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Invoices may be provided upon request.

Shipping & Fulfillment (Wholesale Only)

Wholesale orders are fulfilled through our warehouse and logistics partners within the United Kingdom, depending on product availability.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (unless otherwise communicated)

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be confirmed before dispatch. Any applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with UK law.

Free shipping may be offered on selected wholesale orders at Bervoxa discretion.

Bulk & B2B Orders

Bervoxa accepts bulk orders for approved B2B and wholesale customers. Terms for large-volume orders may be governed by separate agreements.

Returns & Damaged Items (Wholesale)

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All items are inspected prior to shipment

Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery
